Evesham 25, Kings Norton 8
A MUCH-changed Kings Norton side were no match for Evesham in the Midlands Division Four West (South).
The visitors started well attacking Eves from the off, gaining an immediate lead from a penalty as the home side strayed offside.
Leon Rees, brother of captain Shane, slotted the ball through the uprights.
Kings maintained the pressure for the next 10 minutes but Evesham levelled the scores.
Sloppy defending allowed the hosts to score a try before the break.
In the second half, both teams swapped penalties before Ben Manners touched down for a try.
But Evesham hit back with two converted efforts as Norton crashed to defeat.
