THREE cars were involved in a crash on a busy road in Kidderminster during rush hour this morning (February 27).

Firefighters from Kidderminster fire station, West Midland Ambulance Service and West Mercia Police were called the crash on the A456, Birmingham Road, at its junction with Husum Way, at around 8.35am on Monday morning (February 27).

No one was injured in the incident.

A spokesman from WMAS sad: "We were called this morning to the junction of Birmingham Road and Husum Way to reports of a crash.

"One ambulance attended but no one required hospital treatment."

A spokesman from Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service said: "The crash involved three vehicles. No one was trapped in the vehicles during the incident. 

"The vehicles were made safe by the firefighters."

A spokesman for West Mercia Police added: "At around 8.40am police received a report of a crash between three vehicles on the junction of Husum Way, in Kidderminster."
