TALENTED Irish dancers from Kidderminster and Kinver put their best feet forward to scoop coveted titles at major international tournaments.
Members of Katie Collins School of Irish Dance tasted success in the European and World Championships, which were both held last month.
Molly Higgins, from Kidderminster, was crowned the Under 16 European Champion at the competition held in Dusseldorf, Germany on April 9.
Then, a few days later, the school’s choreography team scooped an impressive second place in the World Championships.
This success was part of a huge month for the school, which held a ball at Cookley Village Hall on April 25 to celebrate its 10th anniversary since it was formed.
Teacher Katie Hulagu said she was delighted with the performance of her dancers.
She added: “The school has now won three European, four British and one Scottish Championship title in just three years of competition including placings in the top five of the world championships in teams and solos six times.”
The school will now compete at the All Ireland Championships in June where three dancers are hoping to bring home more silverware.
