ST Modwen's Longbridge regeneration scheme has secured two further businesses to take up residency on the site.

Concurrent Thinking has leased a 1,550 square foot space at Two Devon Way and logistics specialist STVA has leased 1,949 square foot at the Innovation Centre and is planning move in at the end of the month.

Terry Hale, Concurrent Thinking’s chief executive officer, said: “We are delighted with the quality and amenities of our new accommodation at Two Devon Way at Longbridge Technology Park.

“We develop solutions to help increase operational efficiency and reduce energy costs for our Data Centre clients. With the ever increasing reliance on technology, cloud based solutions and activities such as gaming, social media and internet shopping, we expect demand to increase exponentially, our new offices at Longbridge have given us room to grow and cater for this demand."

Bee Patrick, from STVA, said: “The managed offices and location of Longbridge Technology Park is unrivalled for our Road Division Operation Centre. We have been extremely impressed with the service we have received from the St. Modwen team; it has made the moving process so much easier.”

James Teal, Innovation Centre manager, said: “It is great to welcome Concurrent Thinking and STVA to the Innovation Centre family. These deals are testament to our commitment to the burgeoning technology sector in the Midlands and we are especially pleased when we can enable firms to grow and achieve their business ambitions”

St. Modwen at Longbridge has secured £8million in government funding for a new infrastructure package.

The company has also gained planning consent for the second phase of Longbridge town centre where Marks & Spencer has signed up for a 150,000 square foot store.
