THE family of a man who died following a collision near Inkberrow have said their "hearts are broken" in a moving tribute.

Andrew Fawcett was travelling along the A422 Inkberrow to Flyford Flavell road around 3.50pm on Sunday, September 3 when his vehicle was in collision with a white Ford Ranger pickup, which was travelling in the opposite direction.

The 51-year-old, from Northampton, was taken to hospital but subsequently died from his injuries.

Paying tribute, his family said: "Andrew was a much-loved husband and father to his two children, who he adored.

"He had so many plans for the future and our hearts are broken."

The family thanked everyone for their kind words and messages of sympathy.

A file has been prepared for the coroner.

Officers are continuing to appeal for anyone who witnessed the collision or saw either vehicle involved in the minutes leading up to the collision to contact them.

Anyone with any information is being asked to call West Mercia Police on 101 quoting incident number 441S of 3 September.
