LOVE will be in the air at a very special event at Redditch's Town Hall this month.
People are being encouraged to get their suits and posh frocks on for a Valentine Boogie Night on Saturday, February 14.
Redditch Mayor Pattie Hill is hosting the evening which will see money raised go toward her chosen charities Redditch First Responders, Redditch Cat Rescue, and charity Touchstones which supports children and young people.
If the thought of dancing the night away to a live band while raising vital cash for good causes is not enough, the event also includes a fish and chip supper.
Councillor Hill encouraged people at a loose end to come and enjoy a night out.
"If you're after a great night make sure you book your tickets for this," she said.
"It's set to be a great evening of fun and dancing. It's also raising cash for three brilliant charities which all do such good work in the community."
Tickets for the event, costing £15, are available from s.lisle@bromsgroveandredditch.gov.uk or by calling 01527 881380.
