A BUTTERFLY walk is to take place around Wild Hollowfields farm near Redditch next month.
On Saturday, August 15 at 2pm, the ramble led by Gert Corfield will seek out various butterflies including the rare Brown Hairstreak, Marbled Whites, Brown Argus and Common Blues.
Event organiser Jan Terry said: “The farm's wild flower field margins are brimming with butterflies at this time of year. It should be a really lovely afternoon.”
As this year a large number of Brown Hairstreak eggs have been found on the farm, there is a chance to see the rare species during the walk.
