A GROUP of Redditch churches is inviting people to join members in exploring the big questions of life.
The Holy Trinity Church of England congregations are being joined by Emmanuel Church to host an Alpha course, which runs for 10 weekly sessions.
The Rev Stephen Levett said: "Many people have questions about life and faith.
"Alpha provides a means to ask and explore those questions, whilst considering how and if Christian faith could contribute to at least some of those questions."
Mr Levett went on to describe how each session begins with a simple meal, followed by a short talk on some aspect of Christian faith after which people have opportunity to discuss in smaller groups.
Anyone interested in attending or simply finding out more is invited to come along to a launch event including a buffet supper taking place at Pitcheroak Golf Club, Plymouth Road, Redditch, starting at 7pm on Wednesday, October 1.
The Alpha Course itself starts on October 8 at Emmanuel Church, in the Ecumenical Centre, Evesham Walk. Anyone wanting to find out more can pop in to the Ecumenical Centre any morning from Monday to Friday, or they can ring the centre on 01527 65952
