CHILDREN at Ridgeway Middle School in Redditch looked to the future when they buried a time capsule.
The youngsters put a selection of items in the capsule that will be opened in 50 years time.
They held an official burying of the capsule, which was attended by Redditch mayor Alan Mason.
A school spokesman said that the children had a great time choosing what to enclose and enjoyed the visit by the mayor.
