A HUGE pack of inducements is being offered to first time buyers of homes in Hewell Road.
The Windsor Court development contains 96 one to four bedroom homes.
Developers KingsOak will pay the deposit and legal and survey fees to help first time buyers get on the property ladder.
They are also offering to pay for free carpets, curtains and light fittings as well as stainless steel appliances, an integrated washer/dryer and a fridge/freezer.
In addition, first time buyers, they say, will also be given £1,500 cashback.
The firm's sales director Alison Tindle said: "We've devised a solution that will help end the struggle for first time buyers by taking the expense out of buying a starter home."
Prices start at £134,950.
