BROMSGROVE’S MP Sajid Javid faced a tough question and answer session from members of Matchborough Youth Forum in Westminster.
The young people were given a tour of Parliament with students from Ipsley Middle School’s student council, and were then able to give Mr Javid, as well as fellow local MPs Karen Lumley and Robin Walker a grilling on both local and national issues.
Mr Javid said: “It's great to see young children taking an interest in politics, and getting the opportunity to see the House of Commons first hand.
"They asked good, topical questions and were not afraid to challenge my answers.”
