MR L Kerwood applied on behalf of Mr H F Chambers, of the Fox and Goose Inn, Foxlydiate, for an occasional license to supply intoxicating liquors at Hewell course meeting, to be held on Sheltwood Farm, Tardebigge, on February 4.
In reply to questions from the bench, Mr Chambers said the meeting was sanctioned by the Earl of Plymouth and Mr L F Lambert.
He was not authorised by Mr Lambert to make this application, but he was in favour of it.
The chairman said the application was a new one. The bench did not feel inclined to grant new applications and it would be refused.
