A comedy girl band are set to bring their five-star hit show to Redditch as part of a UK tour.

Girls Night Out with Flats & the Curves will headline the Palace Theatre this June when they bring their light-hearted and cheeky self-penned songs to the stage.

Described as "Fascinating AIDA for a new generation" and featured on the BBC, this powerhouse glittery cabaret is a fierce blend of outrageous vocals and rip-roaring humour.

The songs often revolve around feminist themes with drag queen Danny Beard describing the show as "SIX meets Bridesmaids".

The comedy girl band said: "Everything we write about has been inspired by our personal experience, our hope and intention is that the audiences find it as enjoyable and emotionally stimulating watching as we do performing it."

The band formed when Charlotte Brooke, Katy Baker, Arabella Rodrigo and Issy Wroe Wright, who have individually graced the West End and global stages, teamed up during the 2020 lockdown to create Flats & The Curves.

The show is being promoted as "by fabulous women for fabulous women" and promises to be a great Girls Night Out to remember.

The UK comedy guide Chortle also described the show as "One phenomenally entertaining anthem to womanhood after another, Flat & the Curves serve up a near-perfect blend of relatable comedy, barnstorming musicality and bold feminist attitude".

Flats & The Curves are coming to the Palace Theatre on June 20.
