Suspects were spotted fleeing the scene of an attempted vehicle theft in Redditch last week. 

West Mercia Police are appealing for information after the attempted theft from Astwood Lane in Feckenham. 

The incident took place at around 2.25pm on Sunday, March 3, but the suspects were disturbed before they could steal the car. 

CCTV enquiries have shown that the offenders made off in a grey VW Golf estate and were heading towards Astwood Bank. 

A spokesperson for West Mercia Police said: "Enquires are ongoing but we are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the attempted theft or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious.

Police are also encouraging the community to call them on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
