Here are some of the latest cases heard at Kidderminster Magistrates' Court. 

SPENCER SYMONS, of Stourport Wharf, Severn Side, Stourport-on-Severn, indicated a guilty plea following a sexual assault on April 24, 2023. 

The assault took place in Stourport where Symons was accused of touching a woman aged 16 or over without her consent. 

He was sentenced to a community order with 160 hours of unpaid work. He was also ordered to pay £200 in compensation as well as additional costs and is unable to enter The Angel Inn for 12 months. 

Symons must also register with the police for five years and report to Stourport Police Station. 

MARIE DEGVILLE, of Hawling Grove, Redditch, pleaded guilty to assault by beating during an incident on July 6, 2023.

She has been remanded on conditional bail with the next hearing expected to take place at the magistrates' court on March 22. 

CRAIG PARAGREEN, of The Becks, Alvechurch, pleaded guilty to Criminal damage to property valued under £5000 at Exhall Close, Redditch on November 30, 2023. 

He admitted to damaging a dog gate, a door frame, a kitchen bottom door and a bathroom door with the intention to destroy or damage such property or by being reckless as to whether the property would be damaged. 

Paragreen also pleaded guilty to three counts of assault by beating. 

He was given a suspended prison sentence, ordered to participate in rehabilitation activity and pay £135 in costs to the Crown Prosecution Service. 

ANDREW HARPER, of Crossley Walk, Bromsgrove, pleaded guilty to harassment after breaching a retraining order on conviction on December 16, 2023. 

Harper admitted to verbally abusing Adrian Bradley which he was prohibited from doing due to a restraining order imposed by Worcester Magistrates' Court on November 23, 2019.  

JONATHAN SHEAD, of Nelson Road, Stourport-on-Severn, pleaded guilty to driving whilst disqualified on July 9, 2023.

He also pleaded guilty to using a motor vehicle on a road or public place without third-party insurance.  

Shead was disqualified from driving for 1889 days and given a custodial sentence of 18 weeks after his guilty plea was taken into account. 

The reason for the sentence was due to the seriousness of the offence, his poor driving record and the fact he had disregarded previous court orders. 

DARRYLL SOLLIS, of Winslow Close, Redditch, admitted to failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Kidderminster Magistrates' Court on October 17, 2023. 

The 32-year-old failed to comply with probation appointments on November 17 and November 24, 2023, and did not provide evidence to explain the absence. 

Sollis was given a suspended sentence. 

ALANNA PARKER, of Parkfield Close, Redditch, admitted to failing to comply with a community requirement of a suspended sentence order made by Redditch Magistrates' Court on March 27, 2023. 

The 30-year-old failed to comply with probation appointments on April 5 and April 19, 2023, and did not provide evidence to explain the absence. 

Parker was given a suspended sentence.
