A NEW survey has been launched urging residents to have their say on bus services in Redditch.
This follows the town’s first bus travel task force meeting last month which included representatives from Worcestershire County Council, Diamond Bus, and Age UK, as well as borough and county councillors.
Redditch MP, Rachel Maclean, who chaired the meeting, is looking for residents’ views about the bus services they receive.
Mrs Maclean said: “Whether they live in Redditch or in the villages, bus services are vital for many of my constituents.
“After an agreement was reached between the County Council and bus operators to continue all services until at least the end of March next year, I want to gather my constituents’ views on the service they’re receiving.
“Bus services still face challenges with lower passenger numbers and there isn’t just one solution to solve the problems services are facing."
The survey, which is available at https://www.rachelmaclean.uk/news/redditch-bus-travel-survey, will be open until Wednesday, November 16.
