A TEENAGER has been attacked by an armed gang in Redditch.
The incident is believed to have taken place some time between 3pm and 4:30pm on July 18 close to Redditch bus station and the cemetery off Plymouth Road.
A group of young men approached the 16-year-old victim and started punching and kicking him.
One of them was believed to have been carrying a knife and threatened the victim.
The 16-year-old male was taken to hospital for treatment after sustaining a black eye, a fractured elbow and a cut to his neck.
He was discharged from hospital shortly after.
