REDDITCH'S MP is helping to raise awareness of Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch and Wyre Forest’s new support service.
MP Rachel Maclean recently stopped by the charity’s pop-up stand in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre.
Staff from Age UK were on hand to talk to residents about their new At Home service, as well as the range of support services and activities they provide.
The charity has brought together its help at home, handy person, gardener, foot care, befriending and care call services to form a new, person centred and integrated range of At Home services for residents.
Mrs Maclean said: “It was really useful stopping by Age UK Bromsgrove, Redditch & Wyre Forest’s pop-up stand. I found out a lot about the range of services they offer for residents in Redditch, especially their new service.
“It is important residents are aware of the support Age UK can provide so I would urge residents to find out more by calling Age UK on 01527 570490 or by visiting ageuk.org.uk/brwf.”
