A RABBIT and guinea pig charity is in desperate need of old mobile phones which can be recycled to raise much-needed funds.
Hopper Haven and Littlefoot Sanctuary on Evesham Road in Crabbs Cross is home to more than 120 rabbits and 80 guinea pigs, some of which cannot be rehomed and need sponsorship.
Imogen Edmunds, fundraiser for Hopper Haven, said: "We find many people will leave an old mobile phone in the drawer when they replace or renew theirs for a new model. By donating them to us there is the opportunity to do some good at the same time as getting rid of your old phone."
Anyone with an old phone to donate can take them to Hopper Haven or call 07949 657268 to discuss collection.
