REDDITCH rollergirls are heading to Las Vegas to represent Team World as they take on Team USA during a rollerskating celebration.
The Birmingham Blitz Derby Dames are going to Rollercon this month, where an estimated 4,000 skaters will come together for five days of non-stop action, workshops, meetings, concerts, competitions and demonstrations.
The team includes Studley mum, Bee Bentley, 37, aka "Iva Issues" and Redditch residents Michala Ford, 33, aka "Micki-moto," and Faith Brown, 31, aka "Helen Fury."
Bee, who founded the roller derby league in Redditch, said: "I've always loved skating.
"I feel women's sports are heavily under-represented and am so proud that the league I've started has grown so much.
"I'm really looking forward to the competition and have been giving all of the team motivational talks."
