A MAN with a distinctive scar on his face is being hunted by police after he touched a woman in a sexual manner in the street.
At about 5pm on Monday July 16, a woman in her 50s was walking from the Golden Cross pub along Hewell Road in Batchley when a man approached her.
He asked if he could kiss and hug her, put his arms around her and touched her in a sexual manner. He then followed her along Hewell Road into Batchley.
The man is described as white, 20 years old with a slim build and short brown hair. He had an L-shaped scar above his left eye.
Pc Laura Wright, from Redditch police, said: "We are appealing for anyone who recalls seeing the male approach this woman to give us a call. We would also be interested in hearing from anyone who may recognise him from the description."
