THIS is the scene outside Birchensale Middle School almost every day, according to frustrated parents.
It follows the Advertiser's story about people ignoring a brand new scheme aimed at preventing people from parking dangerously outside another Redditch school.
Mum Sarah Bennett, who took the video, said this is what it is like every afternoon.
"It gets grid locked," she said
"I don't think yellow lines will help the situation as most people park illegally anyway, but I do like the idea of fines. I feel its the only way to tackle the problem."
- What do you think, are fines the way forward or is there another way?
