GOOD morning. We are here to provide any information on incidents that might crop up throughout the rush hour period this morning on our Black Country and North Worcestershire roads.

So far the roads across the area are pretty quiet, but there are reports of Wynall Lane South in Wollescote, Stourbridge, and Lutley Lane, Hayley Green being closed both ways after a barn fire yesterday evening. The road is closed between Foxcote Lane and Portsdown Road after the blaze at White House Farm.

There are also areas of planned roadworks which are causing delays, including: Slow traffic on A38 Birmingham Road in Marlbrook, near Bromsgrove, between Golden Cross Lane / Braces Lane and Woodrow Lane. This is due to temporary lights replacing the main set outside the Marlbrook Pub.

In Dudley, resurfacing work on A4123 New Birmingham Road between Tividale Road / Burnt Tree (Burnt Tree Traffic Lights) and Dudley Road is causing delays, while near Kidderminster, expect delays on the A442 Droitwich Road, in Hartlebury, between the Whitlenge Lane junction and the A450 Worcester Road junction, because of temporary traffic lights.

In Stourbridge, gas main work and temporary traffic lights on the A491 Hagley Road in Stourbridge between the Cranbourne Road junction and the Union Street junction. Expect delays.

In Bromsgrove, the Stourbridge Road is closed in both directions between the A448 Market Street junction and the Victoria Road junction, because of drainage works. A diversion is in operation.
