BLACK plumes of smokes could be seen for miles across Redditch as firefighters tackled a huge fire in Ipsley.
Firefighters fought a stubble blaze of approximately 200 square meters.
Two crews from Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service in Redditch attended the scene in Church Lane, just after 8.20pm on Sunday, August 7.
Numerous residents made calls to the emergency services alerting them to the fire.
Fire crews extinguished the blaze with hand-held beaters and backpacks filled with water.
