Busy afternoon for Redditch firefighters
FIREFIGHTERS from Redditch were called out to tackle two outdoor fires in just over half an hour this afternoon (Sunday, May 8).
A crew was called to Bromsgrove Road shortly after 4pm where a fire had broken out in the open.
This had followed a hedge fire in Icknield Street Drive, which had broken out at around 3.25pm.
