THERE has been another bomb scare in Redditch town centre.
The scare comes less than week after another suspicious package was discovered at a factory and Military logistics teams had to be called out.
A large part of the town centre was cordoned off earlier today after a suspicious package was found in the doorway of Threadneedle House in Alcester Street.
Market traders found the package and reported it to police who have confirmed that the package was not suspicious.
Last week about 70 people had to be evacuated from businesses and homes around Albert Street and Prospect Hill after a suspicious package was discovered at a business located on Albert Street.

The British Army's Explosives Ordnance Disposal, a specialist unit responsible for counter terrorist bomb disposal, attended the scene.
People were told to avoid the area until the situation was resolved.
