REDDITCH Borough Council has voted to join the West Midlands Combined Authority as a non-constituent member.
During a meeting last night councillors voted 10-16 in favour of the proposals which will give Redditch a say in the new authority.
This is part of central Government plans to devolve some of its powers to regional groups of councils which have formed combined authorities.
