FANCY a new hobby to brighten up the autumn evenings?
The Arrow Vale Singers, established almost 40 years ago, is inviting people to an open evening rehearsal at Batchley Community Centre.
A group spokesman said: "If you've ever wanted to sing in harmony, learn some classical pieces or belt out some musical theatre songs, come along and join in our informal rehearsal - as well as enjoy a cup of tea and slice of cake.
"There is not an audition process and you do not need to read music, just enjoy the many benefits of singing with others. We sing a wide range of styles of music and perform fundraising concerts throughout the year - this year our chosen charity is the Midlands Air Ambulance."
The open rehearsal is on September 10 starting at 8pm.
