FIREFIGHTERS from Alcester were called out after a fire was reported in the town on Friday, December 27.
The fire broke out in an outbuilding on Meeting House Lane in Alcester, just before 3pm, and two fire crews were mobilised, one from Alcester and one from Stratford.
The outbuilding, which was being used as storage for wood, was well alight, and one main jet was used to get the blaze under control.
Firefighters took only 30 minutes to extinguish the fire and make the area safe.
