THE Inner Wheel Club of Redditch will be making use of a shop window in Redditch’s Kingfisher Centre, to tell people all about itself.
It will be setting up a display in the old Calendar Club unit, opposite Marks and Spencer, for a month from March 9.
The display will include information about the club, whose purpose is to promote fellowship, give personal service and foster international understanding.
It will also have information about the club’s home charity for 2013, St Basils, which exists to prevent homelessness by providing accommodation and support services for young people aged between 16 and 25, and helps more than 4,500 young people every year.
Information about its overseas charity, African Maternity Link, will also be on display. The midwives of the Alexandra Hospital, who founded this charity, have just returned from another visit to Sierra Leone.
Everyone is invited to come along and have a look.
