THE Lickey Hills Society is holding an illustrated talk this Tuesday, January 27.
The presentation entitled Archaeology and the Natural Environment is being given by Dr Mike Hodder at the Trinity Centre, formely Lickey Parish Hall, at the top of Rose Hill.
Dr Hodder was formerly the Birmingham City archaeologist, who retired from the post in 2014. During his time in the role he oversaw many major excavations including those at the Bullring, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Eastside, the M6 Toll road and Birmingham Library.
The talk starts at 7.30pm.
The talk is free to members of the Lickey Hills Society, £1.50 to non-members.
Light refreshments will be available.
