ROBBIE Bunn bagged the sixth-minute winner as Redditch United continued their strong form with a 1-0 win at Barwell in Southern League Premier Division Central.
Mike Fowler's top-five side produced a strong first half followed by a determined and dogged display in the second period in Leicestershire.
Goalkeeper Tyrese Warmington celebrated extending his loan period from Birmingham City with a clean sheet.
Having played every minute available and showcased his abilities, the young shot-stopper will remain with Redditch at least until the middle of January.
The 18-year-old has earned plenty of praise since joining in August with a plethora of impressive saves, commanding leaps and tidy distribution.
Manager Fowler said: “Ty has been absolutely sensational.
"He’s a fantastic lad with huge potential and we are very lucky to have him.”
Warmington said: “I’ve really enjoyed my time here at this club and I’m glad to stay and be part of this team.”
The Reds are on the road again on Saturday in the league when they head to Needham Market (3pm).
On the Barwell win last weekend, Fowler said: "It's a good result. I'm delighted as it keeps the run going. That's four wins on the bounce in the league now and keeps us in the play-offs.
"We had a big crowd here from Redditch which made it feel more like a home game for us.
"In the first half we were OK. We did some good bits but it was an even game. They didn't really land a glove on us in the final third. We scored a good goal.
"Maybe we could have made a bit more of some situations we had but uncharacteristically the players we had on the ball just lacked a bit of quality which could have made it a bit more comfortable for us.
"In the second half Barwell came out and had a right go. They deserved something out of the game.
"There's a lot of work still to be done. We've identified what we need to improve to stay in the mix.
"We've kept a clean sheet because of Ty with some unbelievable saves.
"On another day we could have conceded three or four."
Alvechurch lost 2-0 at home to leaders Spalding United in the league.
Jordan Nicholson opened the scoring in the 49th minute.
Abduramane Sani added a second 20 minutes later.
Church head to another title-chaser in Harborough Town on Saturday (3pm).
