Studley eked out a draw at Cheltenham on Saturday on a poor bumpy pitch.

Prior to the game the managers were awarded the team of the month award for December.

Studley kicked off and the first oppurtunity arrived on 5 mins but Dale Edwards found the angle to tight.

With Studley having all the ball although their play was scrappy to say the least, they carved out a good chance on 15 mins but Magee shot over when well placed.

Magee was unlucky on 20 mins when the keeper made  a good save pushing his effort round the post, From the resulting corner Cheltenham cleared off the line.

With Studley having most of the ball Chelenham’s first shot did not come until the 36th minute with the effort sailing well over the bar. So 0 v 0 at half time.

Cheltenham came out second half and were a lot better than in the first although they also struggled to put 2/3 passes together as well.

#The game became a long ball game and with both defences on top chances were few and far between and the only thing of note was Alfie Bloomer hitting the bar with an effort from 20 yards.

Studley's next fixture is away at Malesbury on Saturday February 5 (3pm)
