Studley travelled to Stafford on Saturday to continue there journey to Wembley in the FA Vase 2nd Qualifying round.

The Bees kicked off and soon got into their stride taking the game to Stafford.

Alfie Bloomer was causing problems for the Stafford defence with his runs down the left.

Indeed it was Bloomer who opened the scoring on 7mins when he rose the highest to find the bottom corner with his head after a very good cross from Dan Carter.

Studley were also causing Stafford problems from corners and had several half chances to increase the lead.

Stafford slowly began to get a foothold in the game although not really a threat on the Studley goal, and indeed spent to long playing the ball across there back line.

The second half started ij the same vein as the first half ended with Stafford reduced to shooting from distance, but with the Stafford keeper the busier of the two.

Studley put the game to bed on 65mins when Jordon Murphy bamboozled the Stafford defence with his quick feet dancing round 2/3 defenders and scoring from 15yds.

Although Stafford rang the changes the game petered out and the Bees saw the game out to be comfortable 0-2 winners.
