Herefordshire Council Shop Local card
I AM very disappointed to be told that at least one supermarket in Hereford is allowing customers to pay using the council issued £15 card.

I thought that it could only be used in independent local shops, surely it would have not been hard for the supplier of these cards to put protection in place to prevent this so helping the shops it was untended for.
