HEARING that part of the probation service is to be privatised I have the following concerns. What qualifications have these new companies got? How many MPs have shares in these companies or are on the board of directors?

If G4S is one of them how can they be trusted after their past results at the Olympics?

These companies are to be paid by results, so is it not time our MPs were paid by results rather than for just turning up. Perhaps if they spent more time in parliament rather than on their very generous holidays or on jolly trips they might get things done.

How can unemployment be coming down if they privatise the probation service and then close six prisons - where are these staff going? Perhaps the MPs should have their own probation officers as they seem to have a higher percentage of 'problems' per capita head than the general public.
