A SEMI-DETACHED Halesowen home is going up for auction with a guide price of just £29k.
The two-bedroom home on Albert Road, opposite Hasbury Christian Fellowship, could be a bargain for the right buyer.
It will be sold by Bond Wolfe Auctions next Wednesday (July 29).

They state: "We understand the property is being let on an Assured Periodic Tenancy, at a rental figure of £130 per week - £6,760 per annum."
There is a hall, reception room and kitchen on the ground floor and two bedrooms a bathroom on the first floor with a drive and garden.
