POLICE discovered at total of 60,000 counterfeit cigarettes after seizing a van in Hopwood.
Worcestershire Operations Patrol Unit stopped a Ford Transit on the A441 road.
The vehicle was the seized by officers for having no insurance.
However, police then found there were thousands of counterfeit cigarettes after seizing the vehicle.
In a tweet OPU Worcestershire said: "Stopped this Transit A441 HOPWOOD. Seized for no insurance... and then there were the 60,000 counterfeit cigarettes.... oh dear."
