POLICE want to trace a man following a robbery in Lye.

West Midlands Police want to find the man pictured after another man, aged in his 60s, was put in a headlock, pinned to the floor and robbed of his wallet and cash.

The incident took place on Chapel Street in Lye on Monday, March 9.

A spokesperson from West Midlands Police described the incident as a "nasty robbery" and added: "Fortunately the man was not hurt but was left extremely shaken by the incident.

"Although these images are grainy, we believe someone will recognise him or have information. He is described as an Asian man, aged between 25-30, around 5ft 8ins tall with black curly hair. He was wearing a black tracksuit."
