Emergency services are currently dealing with a crash between two cars on the B4224 at Hampton Bishop.
One car is in a hedge near between Mordiford and Hereford, a West Midlands Ambulance Service spokesperson said.
"We were called at 3.13pm to reports of a two-car RTC on the B4224 by The Holt," they added.
"One ambulance is in attendance and assessing two patients.
"At this stage their injuries are not believed to be serious."
West Mercia Police and Hereford & Worcester Fire and Rescue Service are also in attendance.
A spokesperson for the fire service said one crew from Hereford was called to the scene to make one vehicle safe, and confirmed no one was trapped in either car.
