ARSON: Hilton Road in Malvern, where the incident took place
A DATE has been set for the trial of a man who was charged with arson in Malvern.
21 year-old Carl Ellitts, of no fixed abode, Wolverhampton, was charged with arson following an incident on December 29 in Hilton Road, Malvern.

He appeared before magistrates in Kidderminster on New Year's Eve, and the case was sent to Worcester Crown Court, where he will appear on January 27.
He remains in police custody until that date.
