A LORRY driver reported a suspected drink driver on the M5 and they were found to be three times the limit.
The Operations Patrol Unit for Worcestershire, part of West Mercia Police, yesterday praised the HGV driver for his actions which they said could have prevented a fatal accident.
A police spokesman said: "Fantastic call from a HGV driver on the M5 Worcestershire about a suspected drink driver.
"The vehicle was stopped by officers a short time later on the M42 where the driver was found to be three times the drink drive limit."
