TWO men have been charged with fraud offences in Hereford.
Raja Hussain, 23, of Rowley Close in Wembley and Ibrahim Mahmood, 22, of High Road in London, have been charged with conspiracy to commit fraud and are due to appear at Kidderminster magistrates’ Court tomorrow (November 17).
Both men have also been charged with possession of cannabis.
Ibrahim Mahmood has also been charged with dangerous driving, driving other than in accordance with a licence and driving without insurance.
The charges follow a number of incidents in Hereford where elderly victims were targeted.
