A BROMSGROVE man who failed to comply with a community order has been sent to jail after breaching a suspended sentence.
Kyle Jolly, aged 26, from Burcot Lane, was given the suspended eight week prison term in August for assaulting a police officer.
Worcestershire magistrates heard Jolly admitted failing to attend appointments with a drug/alcohol keyworker as instructed as part of the terms of the suspended sentence.
Magistrates revoked the suspension of the jail term and sent Jolly to prison.
Also before Worcestershire magistrates, Jane Yewdall, aged 65, of Gorsemeadow Drive, Barnt Green, was banned from driving for 16 months, fined £300 and ordered to pay £135 costs plus a £32 victim surcharge.
Yewdall had pleaded guilty to driving a Jaguar car with more than twice the legal limit of alcohol in her breath.
