A mum who went missing along with her children has been found, and two arrests have been made.

A nationwide search was launched last week for Emma Davies, from Telford, who was reported missing on October 19 along with her three children.

The group had been missing for over a week, and officers were increasingly concerned for their welfare.

West Mercia Police announced on October 31 that she had been found, and thanked the public for sharing their earlier appeal.

Detective inspector Joanne Woods said: “I’d like to thank members of the public for their help in our searches, we’re pleased that the children have been found and are all safe and well and are now with their Dads.”

A 30 year old woman has been arrested on suspicion of child neglect and a 33 year old man has been arrested on suspicion of obstruct police and child abduction.

Both are currently in police custody.
