DEVELOPERS want to demolish a garage workshop in Hereford and replace it with three blocks of flats.
The proposals are for ten residential units at 2 Monkmoor Street where Renotech has been based for more than a decade.
Due to the access difficulties and insufficient workshop space it is Renotech’s intention to leave the premises and seek a more suitable location on the edge of the city.
Architects working on the scheme say the site will be divided into three separate residential blocks.
They aim to provide a high quality residential development that enhances the conservation area.
Vehicle access to the site would be from Catherine Street.
Residents have until November 7 to comment on the proposals which Herefordshire Council will consider by January 2.
