TWO people were taken to hospital after a crash at Hope-under-Dinmore.

A fire service spokesperson said crews from Leominster and Hereford were called to the scene of the two-vehicle crash at the junction of the A417 and the A49 at 12.30pm on Monday (August 19).

No one was trapped in the vehicles, which were made safe by firefighters.

An ambulance service spokesman said two ambulances and a paramedic officer were sent to the crash.

Three people were assessed by paramedics at the scene. A man was discharged by paramedics, while two women were taken to Hereford County Hospital for further treatment.

Their injuries are not believed to be serious.
