RAIL passengers in Worcestershire will be able to discuss recent timetable changes at two special events next week.
As part of the Whistle Stop Tour initiative, officials from West Midlands Railway will be on hand to answer questions at Worcester Foregate Street and Droitwich stations.
The sessions follow the introduction of West Midlands Railway’s new timetable in May.
Richard Brooks, customer experience director for West Midlands Railway, said: “Our timetable improvements have provided new journey opportunities for passengers but we understand that changing times and carriage formations may mean making adjustments.
“This was the biggest timetable change in the West Midlands for more than a decade and we recognise the importance of listening to our customers and answering their questions.
“We have already taken on board feedback from across the region and I am pleased these Whistle Stop Tour events will give our passengers another chance to discuss our timetables and services directly with our staff.”
They will be at Foregate Street on Wednesday, July 17, from 4.30pm to 6.30pm and at Droitwich the next day at the same time.
