MORE than 150 classic and vintage cars will be on display at this year's Cotswold Festival of Motoring.

Following the success of the inaugural Cotswold Festival of Motoring in 2018, this year’s festival, organised by North Cotswolds Rotary is on Sunday, August 4.

Thanks to Motion Picture Motors, there will be a range of cars featuring from TV and the big screen.

The cast is expected to include favourites from 2018 such as a Mustang and Charger from the iconic car chase in ‘Bullitt’, Blues Brothers, and Delboy’s Van – plus some cars new to the festival which may include Starsky & Hutch and many more.

There will also be a variety of stalls, a free rock climbing wall, food and drinks.

New for this year will be live music in the food court area from “Paige and the Red Shift”.

There will be a “People’s Concours” Competition with a difference. Festival goers can vote for the vehicle they would most like to take home. Naturally, the owner of the most popular vehicle will receive a prize, but voters will be entered for a special prize too.

Last year’s festival raised £4000.

This year, the festival will be raising money for Great Western Air Ambulance, North Cotswolds Community Awareness, Endometriosis UK and Sue Ryder Leckhampton Hospice.

The festival is open from 10am to 4pm.

Tickets for adults is £7 and accompanied children go free.
