Commandery -

Week One 16 to 19th April

Easter arts and crafts – 11am -12.30pm & 1pm – 2.30pm £3

Make your own Easter bonnets and do some Egg painting throughout the day. Take your crafts away with you or take them along to Fort Royal park on Easter Monday (22nd April)

Join in with a Spot the egg trail – find the odd one out to win a prize from the shop.

Week Two 23rd - 26th April

St George Arts and Craft 11am -12.30pm & 1pm – 2.30pm £3

Make your own dragon pen pot and design your own shield to take away with you. Inspired by our St. George at Easter events happening over Easter weekend, more details can be found: https://www.facebook.com/events/554082321661971/

The Hive

Design a Shad fish – free activity

Children are welcome to design, draw, colour and cut out a “shad” fish and then add it to our river display in the children’s library

Join Christians from many different churches to walk together and pray for the ‘peace of our city’

Free community morning with coffee, cake, children’s activities and a chance to catch up with friends

Family Fun Day at St George’s Park, Kidderminster – free event

The free entertainment includes a display with double back flips and other aerial stunts by Europe's leading mobile BMX show, Mobile Bike Event, a public participation area with ramps and obstacles for all abilities and a dedicated cycle skills coach. There will also be, free of charge, a bouncy castle, a face painter and Anthony Arnold circus skills.

Raffle tickets to win a bike from Halfords will be on sale. There will be burgers, hot dogs, ice cream and sweets to buy plus other stalls.

Tea, coffee, squash and cakes will be available in St George's church for a donation.

St George's Day Fun in the Park @ Gheluvelt Park – free event

There will be a Grand Opening parade with St George and The Dragon, games, an art tent, duck racing, a roundabout, refreshments, live music and lots more.

Egg-tastic Easter Trail – Smite Hill, Hindlip - price/donation £2 per child

A spring-themed trail around the farm find out more about eggs and the creatures that lay them.

Wander round the farm on an egg hunt with a difference. Find out about a range of creatures that lay eggs and get a chocolatey reward!

Croome

Spring into Action - Family Trail

You will need to use all your senses and energy to discover nature’s wonder around Croome as you ‘Spring into action’.

Enjoy some family fun getting out and about in the parkland following clues on our outdoor trail. Solve the clues and collect your prize at the end.

Normal admission applies.

19th–22nd April – 10am – 4pm - £3 per trail

Cadbury Easter Hunt

Spring into action and discover nature’s wonder along our Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt and win a chocolate prize for your efforts. Whilst chocolate stocks last!

An alternative reward is available.

Face Painting

Fancy a different face today? Then pop along and meet Happy Faces who will create a wonderful new look for you. Choose a design from the board to meet the seasons and holidays throughout the year.

£4 per person payable in cash to Happy Faces, normal admission applies

Make an Easter basket

Families can tuck themselves away in the activity room of the house and make a paper Easter basket to take home with them - don't forget to colour it in.

Coughton Court

Visit Coughton Court this Easter and join us for our Cadbury Easter egg hunt around the grounds. Explore the outdoors, see what nature you can discover along the way and pick up a chocolatey treat at the end. Have a go at nature inspired crafts and pick up some activities to take home with you.

Weather permitting we plan to hold the Easter events in the Front Park with a BBQ, soft drinks, shop and activity area all in addition to the trail.

(It’s also due to be lambing season around Easter so there might be lambs around)

Hanbury Hall

We’re open every day during the Easter holidays, so come and see us to try your hand at our trails, hunts and activities.

From 23rd-28th April, our Easter holiday activities will take place with a Spring Nature trail through the parkland, discovering some of nature's secrets at Hanbury Hall.

We also have our Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt taking place on the Easter weekend (19th-22nd April). (Details the same as for Croome)

The Firs – times and prices not specified on website link

Our Easter egg hunt leads you around The Firs’ nest boxes where our feathery friends are looking after their chicks. Near each box there will be a nature experience for you to do from giant nest building to creating your own bird call.

As part of the hunt you can decorate your own bird box, which you can purchase for £1.50 as a craft, to invite your own little birds to your home. Once you have enjoyed all of our nature tasks you can take away your own Elgar egg cup which you can use to grow an eggy cress head or to have an egg for your breakfast. Over the Easter weekend you get a Cadbury chocolate egg too!

St Martins Church -

St David’s Day Concert – St Martins Church, London Road

A celebration of all things English. Worcester Male Voice Choir will sing a programme of songs to raise your spirits and make you feel proud, including, ‘What a wonderful world, Fields of gold.’ and traditional favourites, ‘Jerusalem’ and ‘Land of hope and glory.’ They welcome guest soloists from ‘Worcester City Brass’, who will provide their own take upon the evening’s theme.

West Midland Safari Park -

13th-28th April

Easter Eggstravaganza – standard admission price covers Easter activities

West Midland Safari Park’s Easter Eggstravaganza will be packed with ’egg-citing’ activities for all the family to enjoy this Easter. Young ’eggsplorers’ can meet the Easter Bunny onsite and follow the trail of huge Easter eggs around the Park. See if they can earn themselves a chocolatey treat! Also there will be an Easter-themed Craft Club to keep young visitors busy.
